Job summary

Certis is seeking a disciplined trainer to lead weapons training and oversee safety, logistics and staffing for training programmes in Singapore. You will plan trainer deployment, coach junior staff and ensure adherence to training standards and SAF directives.

Qualifications

Strong weapons training and instructional competency.
Sound understanding of training safety, governance and risk-control requirements.
Ability to plan and coordinate manpower, training activities and resources.

Responsibilities

Conduct weapons training in accordance with approved plans and SAF requirements.
Enforce weapons safety and assume roles like CSO or Supervising Officer where qualified.
Plan, coordinate and manage training programmes and manpower deployment.
Lead and supervise a team of trainers, provide coaching and feedback.
Maintain training standards and update doctrine and materials as needed.
Manage resources, facilities and logistics for training activities.
Monitor KPI delivery, stakeholder needs and reporting requirements.
