Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Hydraulic Design Manager in Singapore to lead planning and design of water infrastructure, flood resilience, and climate adaptation projects across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will translate hydrological and hydraulic analyses into practical, integrated solutions while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in water infrastructure, urban drainage, flood-risk management or climate adaptation.
Experience leading multidisciplinary design projects.
Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics and flood-risk assessment.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and design of water infrastructure, flood resilience and climate adaptation projects.
Coordinate inputs from hydraulics, planning, environment and other disciplines.
Provide technical leadership in hydrology and hydraulics.
Prepare reports, design documents and client deliverables.
Engage with authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
