The role requires leadership, hands-on involvement with paper and paperboard packaging, strict safety and QA adherence, and flexibility for weekend shifts and overtime, including rotating day/night schedules at Marsiling.

Qualifications

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and teamwork skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/meticulous and mature in work.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate and coordinate daily warehouse and delivery operations to maintain quality.
• Inspect equipment regularly to prevent issues and ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with the operations team on quality assurance and packaging standards.
• Research and develop with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and procurement coordination.
• Enforce safety protocols for a safe warehouse environment.
• Analyze packaging data to identify improvement actions.
• Handle heavy cargo up to 25 kg as required.
• Work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
