Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion in Singapore. You will manage schedules, budgets, and scope while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, at least five years of PM experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to project scope.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers and project partners.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and project requirements.
• Ensure projects meet contractual obligations and company quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
• Prepare progress reports and present project updates to management and customers.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively to minimize project delays.
