Job summary

United Overseas Bank is seeking a Senior Vice President, Business Analysis to lead transformation across Trade Finance and Supplier Financing. You will translate business strategy into scalable solutions, drive enterprise-wide process harmonisation and mentor a team of business analysts through end-to-end delivery lifecycles.

You will collaborate with Business, Product, Operations, Technology and external partners to ensure strategic alignment, viable delivery and effective change management

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for large-scale Trade Finance and Supplier Financing transformation programmes, from discovery through implementation and stabilization.
• Translate strategic priorities into target-state capabilities, roadmaps and executable initiatives.
• Drive harmonisation of business processes and requirements across products, markets and operating units to reduce manual processing and improve controls.
• Define end-to-end client journeys for onboarding, transaction submission, status tracking, document exchange and servicing.
• Lead, mentor and develop the BA team, establishing consistent methodologies and quality expectations.
