United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned risk governance and reporting professional for a VP-level role in a hybrid Central Region setting. You will lead secretariat support for the RCC, coordinate papers, meetings and action tracking, and work with BRMC and the Board on governance matters.

You will also oversee Pillar 3 disclosures, annual report components, and regulatory responses, synthesizing risk developments into clear, management-ready highlights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 8–10 years in banking or financial services.
• 3–5 years in risk governance or board secretariat.
• Strong written communication and analysis.
• Ability to consolidate inputs into clear papers.
• Meticulous with governance timelines and documentation.
• Confident coordinating with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end secretariat support for RCC, including meeting planning and agenda coordination.
• Coordinate paper submissions with owners and presenters to ensure timely delivery.
• Support and quality-review meeting records and decisions with audit trail.
• Monitor RCC action items and escalate delays as needed.
• Coordinate with BRMC and Board secretariats on risk matters and reporting.
• Prepare monthly RCC risk reports and BRMC/Board quarterly reports.
• Perform QA checks for completeness and consistency across reports.
• Synthesize risk developments into concise highlights for management.
