Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GWAPT, GPEN, or OSCP preferred
• 10+ years in application security, vulnerability assessment or related domains

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term AVA/AVM strategy and roadmap
• Lead perimeter testing capability evolution to meet threats and business needs
• Oversee AVA/AVM service delivery with SLAs and governance
• Manage risk, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness for testing activities
• Mentor and develop cybersecurity professionals and drive continuous improvement
