You will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, collaborate with senior stakeholders, maintain operational resilience, and drive continuous improvement while aligning testing initiatives with enterprise risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application security, vulnerability assessment, vulnerability management, or related cybersecurity domains.
• Proven experience leading cybersecurity teams and managing large-scale security operations.
• Strong understanding of application security testing methodologies and secure software development principals.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute long-term strategy and roadmap for AVA/AVM services.
• Oversee day-to-day AVA/AVM pentest operations with a focus on quality and service continuity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals; drive accountability and continuous learning.
• Ensure AVA/AVM services comply with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements; report risk and remediation priorities.
