Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 12+ years delivering enterprise workflow platforms with leadership.
• Experience leading large technology teams in regulated industries.
• Strong platform architecture, evaluation, and strategic planning.
• Experience delivering mission‑critical, scalable workflow apps.
• Hands‑on with OpenText AppWorks, OTDS, BI tools, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with APIs, integration frameworks, and cloud tech.

• Define and execute the AML workflow platform roadmap.
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives to meet regulatory and business needs.
• Deliver technology solutions on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Ensure platform availability, security, and resilience for growth.

• Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of applications and deployments.
