Job summary
1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Technology Leader to shape and deliver the AML Workflow Case Management platform. You will steer strategic initiatives, align with regulatory objectives, and drive engineering excellence across development, testing, DevOps, release management and operations.
You will lead a distributed team across Singapore and Malaysia, ensure platform security and reliability, and collaborate with Compliance and Financial Crime teams to deploy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 12+ years in design, delivery and support of enterprise workflow platforms with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven leadership of large technology teams in regulated industries.
- Strong platform architecture, strategy, and enterprise application design.
- Hands-on experience with OpenText AppWorks and related OpenText stack.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AML Workflow Case Management platform roadmap.
- Lead multiple initiatives, projects, and releases to meet evolving requirements.
- Deliver technology solutions on time, within budget and quality standards.
- Ensure platform availability, scalability, security and resilience.
