Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Designer to lead creative direction for product displays and regional markets, ensuring Chanel’s high-quality, cohesive brand image across the region.

You will design displays, create guidelines, and educate Visual Merchandisers and Retail teams; collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver immersive brand experiences and campaign-driven layouts.

A degree in design and 4+ years in luxury retail are expected.

Qualifications

Degree in design-related field (e.g., Interior, Industrial/Product, Visual/Graphic Design).
4+ years in visual merchandising, interior decoration, graphic design or events design.
Cosmetics or luxury brand experience is a strong plus.
Training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create product displays and merchandising guidelines to educate Visual Merchandisers and Retail teams.
Develop and animate the Visual Merchandising community through digital and physical touchpoints.
Ensure proper merchandising execution across the region with guidelines for layouts and campaigns.
Conceptualize and develop innovative displays and events aligned with the brand image.
