Thought Machine PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Architect in Expert Services to guide large banks through Vault-based core banking migrations.

You will design end-to-end architectures, present options to senior client stakeholders, and lead engagements from pre-sales to delivery. The role emphasizes deep Vault knowledge, cloud architectures, and strong communication with enterprise teams, regulators, and business partners, with a focus on delivering robust, scalable banking platforms

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise architectures for large financial institutions.
• Banking domain knowledge including core banking or payments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and HA/DR.
• Experience presenting to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Present Vault architecture and best practices to senior stakeholders.
• Interact with senior stakeholders across client organisations in delivery and pre-sales.
• Define target architectures and transition states for Vault implementations.
• Design end-to-end solutions for core banking replacement initiatives with the Vault suite.
• Create and utilize AI agents to accelerate architectural deliverables.
• Maintain an advanced understanding of the Vault platform and roadmap.
• Act as a self-sufficient consultant engaging with clients independently.
• Deliver training to client teams on Vault functionality and architecture.
• Create and maintain client-facing collateral on architectural topics.
• Interface with product function to feedback necessary features for the roadmap.
