Qualifications

• 3+ years of substantive, hands-on finance experience at a recognized institution.
• Direct experience with Excel/financial modeling and with Bloomberg/Capital IQ/FactSet, data rooms, ERP/consolidation systems, or quant/risk platforms.
• A 10+ hrs/week commitment.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis and valuation decisions for live deals or investments.
• Build and evaluate financial models, memos, filings and data for training AI agents.
• Lead diligence, forecasting, and reporting processes for capital decisions.
