Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of validation engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in system-level validation strategy and architecture.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive validation strategy, coverage models, and roadmaps across programs.
• Establish coverage frameworks and success criteria.
• Lead analysis to identify gaps, risks, and blind spots.
• Develop end-to-end validation architectures across hardware, software, and tools.
• Evaluate next-generation validation methodologies and scalability.
• Lead PoC initiatives to validate new strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution.
