RWS is seeking a contract Senior UX/UI Designer to own the end-to-end user experience across complex enterprise workflows and AI-powered applications. You will lead discovery, interaction and visual design, establish scalable design practices, and work closely with the engineering team to translate designs into high-quality implemented experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design on enterprise apps, AI-powered products or consumer digital platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, variables, design systems and developer handoff.
• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy or data-rich applications.
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing and iterative product development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and modern component-based frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end UX/UI design process for portfolio of AI-native employee-facing products.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex enterprise workflows, AI interactions and consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile.
• Create information architecture, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Translate business, operational and user needs into clear design decisions and product experiences.
• Design for complex scenarios such as multiple user roles, approvals, exceptions, dashboards, data-rich interfaces and operational workflows.
• Apply appropriate interaction patterns for AI uncertainty, transparency, user control, feedback, error recovery and trust.
• Prototype and test emerging AI interaction concepts to assess usability and value before full implementation.
• Plan and conduct user interviews, contextual research, stakeholder workshops and usability testing.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear design decisions and product recommendations.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders, facilitate alignment and incorporate feedback without compromising user needs or design coherence.
• Create, maintain and govern design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns and supporting design documentation in Figma.
• Partner with engineering and product through delivery, including feasibility discussions, design handoff, implementation reviews and quality assurance.
• Contribute targeted coded prototypes where necessary to drive alignment.
• Champion accessibility, responsive design, consistency and consumer-grade quality across products.
• Review implemented interfaces, identify gaps against the intended design and collaborate with engineering to resolve them.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for a portfolio of AI-native employee-facing products, from problem framing and discovery through prototyping, validation, delivery and iteration.

• Design intuitive experiences for complex enterprise workflows, AI interactions and consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile.
• Create information architecture, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Translate business, operational and user needs into clear, usable and visually polished product experiences.
• Design for complex scenarios such as multiple user roles, approvals, exceptions, dashboards, data-rich interfaces and operational workflows.
• Apply appropriate interaction patterns for AI uncertainty, transparency, user control, feedback, error recovery and trust.
• Prototype and test emerging AI interaction concepts to assess usability and value before full implementation.

Research, validation and stakeholder engagement

• Plan and conduct user interviews, contextual research, stakeholder workshops and usability testing.
• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights into clear design decisions and product recommendations.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders, facilitate alignment and incorporate feedback without compromising user needs or design coherence.

Design systems and delivery

• Create, maintain and govern design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns and supporting design documentation in Figma.
• Partner closely with the engineering and product team throughout delivery, including feasibility discussions, design handoff, implementation reviews and quality assurance.
• Contribute targeted coded prototypes where necessary to drive alignment.
• Champion accessibility, responsive design, consistency and consumer-grade quality across products.
• Review implemented interfaces, identify gaps against the intended design and collaborate constructively with engineering to resolve them.

Skills & Experience

• At least 6 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience, with evidence of operating at senior level.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work on enterprise applications, AI-powered products or consumer digital platforms spanning web and mobile platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, variables, design systems and developer handoff.
• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy or data-rich applications, not only content or marketing websites.
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing and iterative product development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work through ambiguity and influence product direction.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and at least one modern component-based framework such as React, Angular or Vue.
