Job summary

Sanofi's Mission Vaccines M&S EVF project seeks an experienced Facilities and Utility Maintenance professional to oversee operation and maintenance of F&U systems in a high-volume pharmaceutical plant. You will lead preventive maintenance, calibrations, spare parts management, and ensure GMP/GDP compliance.

Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer, you will coordinate with vendors and contractors, review work orders in CMMS, and support annual budget forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of F&U systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma from an accredited technical institution.
• Boiler operation certification advantageous.
• Experience with FDA/EMA/HSA audits is beneficial.
• Basic technical report writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for F&U equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Manage spare parts requirements and budgeting for maintenance.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors to ensure maintenance services are completed.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and GDP SOPs, PMs, CMs, etc.
• Review and close work orders in CMMS; monitor maintenance performance.
