Qualifications

• 8-12 years of Experience in Linux/Unix System Administration.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal Skills.
• The candidate should have worked in an SLA driven environment.
• Candidate must be hands-on and will be working, not just people management.
• Lead the team effectively and ensure full participation/utilization.
• Enable cross-skilling within the team and deliver continuous improvements in operations.
• Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented and constantly changing environment.
• Able to work on weekends as per Roster and perform On-call support (during weekdays) as and when needed.
