The role focuses on user-centered design, prototyping, and creating scalable design systems, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to drive Discovery through MVP launch.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
3+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio across mobile, web, and landing pages.
Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision; strong UX/UI understanding.
Excellent visual design skills with typography, color, and layout focus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs for mobile apps, eCommerce marketplaces, and web platforms.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate.
Create and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to improve processes.
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale.
Work with front-end developers to ensure high-quality UI implementation.
Produce high-quality illustrations to enhance visuals.
Utilise design thinking to solve challenges and create innovative solutions.
Design and develop visually appealing web landing pages.
Create digital collateral and banners for various platforms.
Define product design vision and conduct condensed discovery & Lean UX canvases.
Map market differentiators via competitor analysis and product comparison.
Create personas and plan research with target users.
Validate core flow assumptions with early usability tests.
Map app/site structure with information architecture.
Explore flows with low-fidelity prototypes.
Define reusable UI components, typography, and color palettes in a Core Design System.
Align with developers on UI feasibility for mobile.
Prepare specifications and assets for handoff.
Validate near-final product with QA and target users via final usability test.
Coordinate with marketing on app store launch and digital collateral.
