Job summary

Talent-Merge Pte Ltd invites a senior UX/UI designer with 6–7 years of experience to join our product-design team in Singapore. You will transform insights into concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver cohesive digital experiences.

You will establish scalable design systems for multiple platforms, mentor junior designers, and ensure design consistency across devices while working in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design-related field required.
• 6–7 years of professional UX/UI or digital design experience.
• Strong UX processes, personas, and user journeys experience.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Transform insights into concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Refine designs based on usability feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and marketing.
• Present design rationale and trade-offs clearly.
