Job summary

InfraConsult Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Resident Technical Officer to join our tunnel team for a major LTA infrastructure project in Singapore.

You will supervise MRT tunnel construction, ensure quality control, and maintain detailed site records. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills, with a minimum of nine years' relevant tunnelling experience. You will work in a demanding schedule, often around 60 hours per week, and will be responsible for witnessing

Qualifications

Registered with JAC of IES/ACES as an accredited Resident Technical Officer.
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering accredited by JAC.
Minimum nine years of relevant tunnelling, geotechnical and deep excavation supervision experience.
Strong understanding of construction procedures, quality control requirements, and site supervision practices.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Should work in shifts of 60 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Act as a Senior Resident Technical Officer as part of our Tunnel Supervision Team supervising construction of MRT Tunnel.
Supervise and ensure strict quality control on site.
Keep record of all site activities and prepare daily reports.
Witness and verify field tests carried out on site.
Monitor and report progress of the works on site.
