Job summary

Aon Reinsurance Solutions’ Treaty Client Services team in Singapore delivers accurate, timely post-placement service to Asia treaty clients. You will perform complex treaty technical accounting activities, coordinate with GCC Offshore, and support data reconciliation in GRiDS, ensuring high-quality invoice processing and timely responses.

We value a proactive, hands-on professional with 7+ years’ experience in treaty reinsurance accounting, strong Excel skills, and excellent English

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in treaty reinsurance technical accounting.
• Knowledge of treaty reinsurance contracts and related processes.
• Experience with GRiDS or willingness to become system SME.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow SOPs and controls.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Collaborative, hands-on approach to issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex treaty technical accounting activities including adjustments.
• Resolve data discrepancies between GRiDS data and contracts.
• Respond to queries from GCC Processing Team and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain working sheets for GRiDS data entry and invoicing.
• Support brokerage credit/fees invoice processing and posting.
• Document SOPs, work instructions, and controls; suggest improvements.
• Train GCC and onshore teams on processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
