Job summary

Tri-Cap Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior/Treasury Analyst to support and enhance its treasury operations in Singapore.

You will gain broad exposure across FX and hedging, liquidity management, and financial risk, with interaction with senior management and banking counterparties. You will execute FX transactions, monitor positions and settlements, manage daily cash flow, and develop monitoring tools to improve efficiency and risk visibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of FX products, treasury operations and financial markets.
• Experience with cash and liquidity management and FX hedging is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage FX transactions (spot, forwards, options) within mandates and controls.
• Monitor derivative positions, settlements, exposures and related treasury records.
• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity requirements across the group.
• Analyze FX exposures and support hedging strategy development.
• Liaise with banking counterparties on quotations, transactions and post-trade admin.
• Prepare treasury reports, reconciliations and management updates.
• Develop and enhance treasury monitoring and reporting tools for efficiency and risk visibility.
• Support treasury controls, process improvements and operational risk management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on secured lending and financing initiatives.
• Support ad hoc treasury and risk projects as required.

Job description

A leading alternative investment platform is seeking a Senior/Treasury Analyst to support and enhance its treasury operations. The role will provide broad exposure across FX and hedging, liquidity management, treasury operations and financial risk, with direct interaction with senior management and banking counterparties.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage approved FX transactions, including spot, forwards and options, within established treasury mandates and controls.
• Monitor derivative positions, settlements, exposures and related treasury records.
• Manage daily cash flow, liquidity requirements and fund transfers across the Group.
• Analyse FX exposures and support the development and implementation of hedging strategies.
• Liaise with banking counterparties on market quotations, transactions and post-trade administration.
• Prepare treasury reports, reconciliations and management updates.
• Develop and enhance treasury monitoring and reporting tools to improve efficiency and risk visibility.
• Support treasury controls, process improvements and operational risk management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on secured lending and other financing-related initiatives.
• Support ad hoc treasury and financial risk projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, investment management or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of FX products, treasury operations and financial markets.
• Experience with cash and liquidity management and/or FX hedging is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging banking counterparties.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced investment environment.
