Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Lead to partner with local teams, advisors, and Group Tax. You will drive TP initiatives, implement global pricing policies, and monitor intercompany transactions while ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines and MAP/APAs where applicable.

The role requires 10+ years in TP, Big 4 exposure, and a commercial mindset to support business decisions and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in public accounting and/or corporate environment.
• Experience with APAs, MAPs, and controversy management.
• Familiarity with transactional profit split and OECD TP guidelines.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong business/commercial sense and willingness to ground work in TP law.

Responsibilities

• Understand business changes and TP implications with local teams and advisors.
• Lead on TP initiatives to ensure proper TP solutions and holistic group considerations.
• Develop and maintain global transfer pricing policies and procedures.
• Keep updated on TP law/practice and assess impact on the business.
• Review TP documentation, CBCR, ACRs and related compliance.
• Lead interviews with stakeholders to understand FAR and TP risks.
• Manage TP controversy, including audits and MAPs, aligned with group policies.
• Undertake TP planning including automation and APAs.
• Identify TP risks and develop mitigation solutions.
• Provide TP data and support for year-end TP processes and forecasts.
• Develop intercompany agreements and review local statutory TP results.
• Conduct quarterly TP reviews with finance and tax teams.
• Monitor inter-company transactions and rectify issues timely.
• Suggest improvements to TP processes and drive efficiencies.
• Provide ad-hoc TP support to internal teams.
