Job summary

SEA Singapore is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing professional to join the Group Tax team in Singapore. You will manage TP compliance, reporting, and advisory across jurisdictions where the Sea group operates, including Garena, Shopee, and Monee.

You will stay abreast of global TP developments, coordinate with local teams and external providers, and support Country-by-Country Reporting and other TP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• CPA/CA or advanced taxation qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Big 4 Transfer Pricing or in-house tax for an MNC.
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; meticulous and analytical.
• Able to research and manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TP matters for countries the Sea group operates in.
• Manage TP compliance work, monitoring reporting timelines and documentation.
• Assist TP queries and audits with external providers and local teams.
• Monitor changes in TP rules and assess impact on the group.
• Support development and execution of Group TP strategy and planning.
• Collaborate with finance teams on TP policies and related party transactions.
• Coordinate Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) filing and local notifications.
• Handle ad-hoc TP projects.

Education
