Job summary

Phillips 66International Trading Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Advisor, CTC to support Commercial trading activities in Crude, Refined Products and Renewables with a focus on compliance, regulatory advice, and trade surveillance. You will interact with global stakeholders including Asia Commercial Trading, Legal, Risk Management and Internal Audit to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years supporting Commercial Trading with exposure to front and mid-office trading activities.
Knowledge of Crude, Refined Products and Renewables and related commodity derivatives.

Responsibilities

Support traders in trading European and international Crude, Refined Products and Renewables markets and understand market rules and regulations.
Track rules and regulations related to commodity derivative trading and ensure traders are aware of obligations.
Maintain awareness of trading strategies and provide compliance support; engage with stakeholders to be a valued business partner.
Assist Global CTC Team in increasing awareness through tailored learning modules.
Ensure trader compliance of internal controls and policies, maintain monitoring reports, and escalate violations to management.
Support GEC Ethics Department in internal investigations and summarize key issues.
Maintain compliance knowledge of UK FCA and US CFTC rules for Crude, Refined Products and Renewables.
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to stakeholders with timely guidance.
Inform managers of new or changing regulatory environment.
Communicate new or revised compliance docs to internal stakeholders.
Provide supervisory support to local compliance team with subject matter guidance.
