Job summary

AiTel in Singapore is seeking a Trade Operations professional to manage end-to-end trade execution from deal confirmation to shipment and settlement. You will coordinate counterparties, mitigate risks and drive transactions to completion with autonomy.

Senior candidates will develop workflows and resolve complex issues. The role requires hands-on experience in international trade, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and proficiency with trade documents and Incoterms.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level qualifications or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in international trade operations and execution.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Verify contracts for quantities, specs, terms, documents and payment milestones.
• Confirm orders and delivery schedules; resolve queries and escalate changes.
• Coordinate bookings, shipping, customs clearance and delivery with logistics partners.
• Prepare or review invoices, packing lists and transport documents; resolve discrepancies.
• Track orders, shipments and documents; coordinate invoicing and settlement with finance.
