Job summary

CHINA RAILWAY FIRST GROUP CO., LTD. SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise workers in safe and proper execution of trackwork installations.

The role requires ensuring compliance with method statements and designs, and overseeing concrete placement, formwork, reinforcement, finishing and curing on site. You will plan logistics, coordinate daily briefings, and ensure accurate documentation of hours while optimizing workforce deployment for productivity and rest.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Safety Supervision.
• Minimum 5 years of Trackwork construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers to ensure safe and proper execution of all trackwork installations.
• Ensure works are carried out according to method statements and design.
• Oversee concrete placement activities: forms, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing and curing.
• Plan and maintain logistic access to support trackwork activities.
• Direct concrete finishing and surface quality to specified uniformity.
• Inspect concrete after forms are stripped and guide repairs for defects.
• Organise daily toll box meetings and maintain documentation of workers' hours.
• Manage storage, issuance and accountability of tools and materials.
• Promote a safety culture and continual EHS improvements.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
