Job summary

CHINA RAILWAY FIRST GROUP CO., LTD. SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a Trackworks Coordinator to oversee track laying, ballast work, sleepers, rail welding, tamping, drainage and civil structures on a live LTA project.

You will coordinate with Civils, SWCs, TELP, Operators and other stakeholders to ensure safety and quality. The role requires a Master/ Degree in construction or civil engineering, at least 3 years of LTA project experience, strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and excellent

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.
• Master/ Degree in construction, civil, project management or similar field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant LTA project/construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trackwork activities with Civils, SWCs, TELP, Operators and stakeholders.
• Raise and manage RFIs, PTWs, TW/QC checklists and inspections with QA/QC teams.
• Oversee daily construction tasks: track laying, ballast, sleepers, welding, tamping and drainage.
• Assist CM in punch list follow-ups and progress tracking.
• Lead coordination meetings and WT notice meetings.
• Attend project safety inspections and LTA PGI inspections.
• Assist TW Superintendent with method statements, documentation and guidance.
• Liaise with Procurement, TSA, Suppliers and Quantity Surveyor for timely materials.
• Handle TW duties in absence of TW Superintendent and support other project tasks.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
