Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a seasoned Cyber Threat Intelligence lead to guide a team responsible for security insights across telecommunications and media sectors. You will oversee threat research, assess attacker techniques, publish advisories, and align operations with national cybersecurity objectives.

You will work with senior management, external partners, and operators to ensure timely detection, response, and protection.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise cyber security incident investigations, digital forensics or cyber threat intelligence
• Experience preparing threat briefings for senior management and customers
• Experience publishing cyber threat research or vulnerability advisories
• Knowledge of telecom, media equipment and enterprise environments
• Relevant certifications such as GIAC GCFA/GREM/GCFE/GCIH or CREST CCTIM/CRTIA/CPTIA

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in research and analysis of threats impacting Telecommunications and Media sectors
• Oversee threat intelligence reports and advisories to key stakeholders
• Supervise Security Engineers to ensure system capabilities and IT standards compliance
• Plan and operate Incident/Alert management and Threat Intelligence Platform integration
