National Library Board seeks a senior Cyber Threat Intelligence leader to guide a team responsible for securing the Telecommunications and Media sectors and supporting national cybersecurity efforts within IMDA's vision. You will oversee threat research, produce reports and advisories, manage incident/alert tooling, and ensure systems align with IT standards while coordinating with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise cybersecurity and holds GIAC or CREST

Competenze

• 10+ years in enterprise cyber security, incident investigations, forensics or threat intelligence.
• Experience presenting threat briefings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience publishing cyber threat, campaigns or vulnerability research.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, broadcast, media equipment and enterprise environments.
• Certifications GIAC GCFA, GREM, GCFE, GCIH or CREST CCTIM, CRTIA, CPTIA.
• Proficiency in Threat Intelligence Platform deployment.

Mansioni

• Guide team researching threats impacting Telecom and Media sectors with threat assessment and sectoral impact.
• Oversee threat intel reports and advisories to operators per SOP.
• Supervise Security Engineers to ensure systems support operations and IT standards.
• Strategy to build and operate Incident/Alert management system and Threat Intelligence Platform.
• Integrate intelligence sources to synthesize across sectors for dissemination and response.
