Job summary

Network For Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd, part of the NETS Group, is seeking a Senior Third Party Risk Management Specialist to join the Procurement function. You will help oversee vendor risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the VP in running the TPRM program.

The role involves reviewing policies, advising on due diligence and SLAs, coordinating with BCM, IT Security, Legal and other teams, conducting risk assessments, and assisting audits to strengthen the payment

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, risk and compliance within financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Propose improvement initiatives to reflect changes in third-party risk profile, security standards, regulation and environment.
• Review TPRM-related policies and procedures for ongoing effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as SME in third-party risk, advising business and IT on due diligence, risk monitoring, SLAs and contractual clauses.
• Advise on handling breaches and non-compliance issues.
• Review new and existing third-party arrangements with BCM, IT Security, IT Governance, Legal and others; chair TPRM Committee meetings.
• Track gaps, deviations and adverse developments in TPRM processes.
• Perform independent testing to verify TPRM controls.
• Support internal and external audits related to third-party risk management.
