SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Thin Film Process team.

You will supervise production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals, support CVD process engineering, and drive continuous improvements. You will troubleshoot line operations, own tool reliability and participate in cross-functional projects to optimize yield, cost and throughput.

Competenze

• Master/Degree in Chemical/Materials/Chemistry/Physics or Electrical/Electronics Engineering required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in frontend semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of MOCVD, HDPCVD, PECVD, SACVD, Thermal CVD and electro-plating; familiarity with listed toolsets.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily/monthly goals.
• Support CVD process engineering activities to achieve operation targets.
• Sustain line operations, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
• Own production and metrology tools with accountability for cost, uptime and defects.
• Develop and review operating instructions, SOPs and BKMs to optimize processes.
