Job summary

HPE Aruba Networking in Singapore is seeking a Thermal Design Engineer to lead the thermal architecture development for high-density networking platforms. You will oversee the entire thermal development lifecycle, including simulation and validation.

Ideal candidates have over 10 years of experience in thermal design and a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering. This role also provides opportunities for personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in thermal design and electronics packaging.
• Demonstrated track record of leading thermal development.
• Deep expertise in high-density, high-power systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead thermal design, simulation, and validation for networking platforms.
• Own thermal development lifecycle including heatsink design.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive design tradeoffs.
• Define and execute thermal validation test plans.
• Drive system-level design tradeoffs across engineering teams.
• Engage manufacturing partners to deliver reliable thermal solutions.
• Represent the thermal team in development programs.
• Lead root-cause analysis during builds.
