Job summary

AEM Singapore is seeking a Senior Thermal Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge thermal test solutions for semiconductor devices. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure robust test coverage and performance across multiple market insertions.

The role requires deep knowledge of thermal dynamics, semiconductor device behavior, and experience with test platforms and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience focused on thermal test solutions.
• Strong understanding of thermal dynamics and AI/HPC test challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced thermal test solutions for semiconductor devices across various insertions or markets.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and performance.
• Analyze and interpret test data to drive continuous improvements in test methodologies.
• Support product validation, characterization and qualification activities.
• Provide technical mentorship to other engineers and collaborate in cross-functional problem-solving teams.
• Work directly with customers and channel partners to optimize test solutions and ensure successful product deployment.
• Interface with internal operations teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of test platforms.
