Job summary

Personnel Link JobHub Pte. Ltd. in Singapore East is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to design verification strategies for medical devices and to develop and validate test methods to ensure product quality throughout development.

You will design and maintain electro-mechanical test tools and fixtures, run reliability tests including ALT, analyze data, and prepare verification reports; candidates with medical device experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Medical devices experience is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design verification strategies for medical devices, ensuring inputs are verified.
• Design, develop, and validate test methods.
• Develop clinically relevant test methods.
• Validate test equipment and methods for accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility.
• Design, build, and maintain electro-mechanical test tools, fixtures, and benches for testing.
• Generate and execute test protocols.
• Conduct extended reliability tests, ALT, and test-to-failure studies.

• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Senior Test Engineer

• Develop and implement comprehensive design verification strategies for medical device development projects, ensuring all design inputs are verified through appropriate methods.


• Design, develop, and validate test methods


• Develop clinically relevant test methods


• Validate test equipment and test methods to ensure measurement accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility.


• Design, build, qualify, and maintain electro-mechanical test tools, fixtures, jigs, and test benches based on design input requirements to support automated and manual testing.


• Generate and execute test protocols


• Conduct extended reliability tests, accelerated life testing (ALT), and test-to-failure studies to characterize design robustness.


• Analyze test data using appropriate statistical techniques and document results in verification reports.


• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Degree with related experiences, candidates from medical devices industrial will be an advantages

Salary: $4K to $5500

Location: East of Singapore
