ICM PHARMA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Territory Manager to promote our pharmaceutical products to GPs, Specialists, and other healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate is an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional with a strong network and excellent negotiation and communication skills. You will build relationships with clinics and hospitals, conduct persuasive presentations, analyze sales data in Google Sheets and Excel, enter orders in ERP, and provide regular territory

Qualifications

• Pharma sales experience with established GP and HCP networks.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, Specialists, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Use ERP to enter sales orders and manage customer data.
• Prepare and submit daily call reports using Monday.com and provide monthly sales reports, forecast, and territory analyses.
• Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and company meetings and product training as required.
• Analyze sales data versus KPIs and targets to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Engage with key stakeholders (e.g., hospitals, clinics, KOLs) to refine product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure sales or contracts.
• Educate prospects on products, highlighting benefits and meeting needs.
• Manage and acquire new accounts across channels.
• Build partnerships with HCPs by being responsive and service-oriented.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and competitor activity.
• Build rapport with doctors, purchasers and clinic staff to maintain service levels.
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Territory Manager to promote our products to General Practitioners (GPs), Specialists, and other healthcare providers within Singapore. The candidate will be a seasoned pharmaceutical sales person that possess excellent negotiating skills . The candidates should come with a strong network of GPs, Specialist and Group Practice customers. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse sales data using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. The candidate should also be familiar with using PowerPoint or Canva to make presentations.
