Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support its expansion into Malaysia data centre and mission-critical infrastructure markets; role is based in Singapore. You will lead technical support for tenders, review specs and drawings, identify risks, and develop solutions with OEMs and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with data centres, substations or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience with tendering, bidding, or pre-sales engineering.
• Knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS and generators.

We're working with a growing energy and infrastructure company looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to support its expansion into the Malaysia data centre and mission-critical infrastructure market (this role is based in Singapore).

The role:

• Lead technical support for data centre/substation tenders and bids
• Review specifications, drawings, SLDs and technical requirements
• Identify technical risks, gaps, deviations and cost implications
• Develop solutions with OEMs, suppliers and engineering partners
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements and tender submissions
• Support projects from tender stage through technical handover

What we're looking for:

• Electrical engineering / power / MEP / EPC background
• Experience with data centres, substations or mission-critical infrastructure
• Prior exposure to tendering, bidding, proposal or pre-sales engineering
• Good understanding of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators and related electrical systems
• Malaysia infrastructure experience is highly preferred
