Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities in projects worth at least SGD 200 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QS in project tender.
• Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, source for suppliers and subcontractors and collate pricing for comparison.
• Reviewing tender documents and drawings on contract requirements.
• Prepare tender reports and analyse costings for tender.
• Budget and pricing for tender.
• Present the costings to internal stakeholders and put up recommendations.
• Attend tender interviews and answer tender-related queries.

Education
