We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Executive to lead our patient service team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience, optimizing clinic operations, and mentoring your team to achieve service and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Experience & Operations: Act as the primary patient contact, managing appointments and patient flow to ensure a seamless experience and optimize clinic efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the customer success team, overseeing their performance, training, and professional growth.
  • Revenue & Growth: Proactively promote and cross-sell clinic services to enhance patient value and meet revenue targets.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records, generate performance reports, and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team.
  • A strong customer-centric and sales-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational ability, with a talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Passion for the healthcare or TCM industry is a strong advantage.
  • Immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred.
