Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Telecommunications Engineer for marine and oil & gas projects. You will design telecom systems, review specs, and manage documentation.

You will coordinate with electrical teams, vendors, and clients, attend meetings, and lead FAT activities, ensuring compliance with IEC/IEEE/ATEX IECEx standards. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and at least 10 years' exposure in telecom engineering in

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in telecommunications engineering in marine/oil & gas.
• Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NORSOK, DNV, Lloyd's Register, and ABS.
• Familiar with ATEX and IECEx requirements and hazardous area installations.
• Experience in design, installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent vendor management and coordination with clients.
