Job summary

WHITE HORSE MECHATRONICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Planner and Coordinator to drive planning, scheduling and timely delivery of complex projects in the semiconductor and construction-related sectors.

You will interface with technical teams, manage tender-to-closure documentation, and provide monthly performance reports. The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Chemical, Electrical, or Semiconductor Technology, familiarity with Pressure Drop Calculation, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Chemical, Electrical or Semiconductor Technology or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Pressure Drop Calculation is an advantage.
• Experience with AFT Fathom 9 software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Able to communicate and interact with people at all levels and across functions.
• Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, independent and self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel Asia including India.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Interface with technical and project teams; assist with pre-qualification docs, contract reviews, and scheduling.
• Documentation management from tender to closure; develop technical literature and progress reports.
• Monitor project performance; provide monthly reports with progress, actuals, forecasts and recommendations.
• Collaborate with CAD, electrical controls teams on P&ID’s, design layouts, and technical improvements; coordinate with subcontractors.
• Handle customer relations; update customers on actions and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with latest standards and regulations; develop technical solutions such as Pressure Drop Calculation.

Job description

• Project Planning and Coordination:Involves developing project plans, managing schedules, and ensuring project timelines and deliverables meet targets.Includes assisting Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects.
  


• Technical and Project Team Interface:Covers direct interface with technical and project teams, support for pre-qualification documents, contract reviews, and scheduling.
  Includes organizing project meetings (technical presentations, contract reviews, design reviews) and interfacing with semiconductor companies on technical and engineering activities.
  


• Documentation Management:Encompasses overseeing the documentation process from tendering to closure, maintaining centralized documentation, and developing/writing technical literature.
  Includes providing project progress reports and submittals to customers.
  


• Project Monitoring and Reporting:Involves tracking and monitoring project performance, providing monthly reports with details on progress, actuals, forecasts, and recommendations.
  Establishes project control policies and procedures for communication, safety, and risk mitigation.


• Collaboration and Resource Management:Includes working with technical, CAD, and electrical controls teams on P&ID’s, design layouts, and technical improvements.
  Covers participating in resource management discussions and implementing best practices on project sites.Familiar with 2D & 3D drafting using cad software (Solid works /BIM).ensuring accuracy and consistency across project documentation. Interface and coordinate with internal and external parties, including subcontractor partners, regarding vendor components.
  


• Customer Relations:Addresses handling customer complaints, minimizing inconvenience, and keeping customers updated on actions and timelines.


• Standards and Regulations Compliance:Ensure all technical solutions and project activities comply with the latest industry standards, regulations, and state-of-the-art technology.To develop and calculate technical solutions (Pressure Drop Calculation-PDC) to fulfill the project requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Chemical /Electrical/ Semicondutor Technolgyor equivalent.

Advantage if familiar with Pressure Drop Calculation, especially knowledge and experience with AFT Fathom 9 software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, Solid works,BIM or equivalent CAD/ 3D Software.

Ability to communicate and interact with people at all level and to work cross functionally.

Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

A team player who is independent, self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Relevant working experience in Construction , semiconductor industries is an added advantage.Willingness to travel Asia including INDIA.
