Job summary

EY in Singapore is seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong business analysis capabilities and a good understanding of .NET-based applications and enterprise technology solutions.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements and supporting solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional BA in technology projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of .NET/C# environments and REST APIs.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and SDLC governance.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, pain points and system requirements.
• Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, use cases, flows and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA and business users to implement requirements.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and Agile delivery activities.
• Support SIT and UAT, including test scenarios and traceability.
