Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking an Electrician/Team Lead for marine electrical systems. You will maintain electrical components aboard ships and in workshops, supervise a small team of electricians, and perform planned and corrective maintenance.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, plus experience in power engineering, circuit diagrams, and high/low voltage testing. Willingness to work at Changi and in outdoor conditions is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in power engineering and maintenance of electrical components.
• Reading electrical circuit diagrams.
• Testing/calibration of high/low voltage equipment.
• Knowledge in both electrical/electronic systems.
• Willing to work in Changi area.
• Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.

Requirements

• Experience in DC system preferred
• Able to lead and manage a small team to complete jobs assigned
• Able to motivate and create a positive working environment and culture in the department
• Willing to work in Changi area
• Able to work in outdoor environment - heat, grease, dust
