Job summary

Zscaler is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Success Manager (Sr.TSM) for a hybrid role in Singapore. You will act as a strategic technical advisor, aligning customer goals with Zscaler solutions and guiding post-sales adoption to maximize value and sustained satisfaction.

As a Senior TSM, you will build deep relationships with stakeholders, drive technical governance, and coordinate across Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve complex issues and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles with 3+ years in TAMS, CS, or Sales Engineering.
• Strong ability to map customer challenges to Zscaler solutions.
• Foundational AI/ML understanding and ability to discuss AI-driven security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and align objectives with Zscaler goals.
• Provide expert technical guidance and governance for seamless integration of Zscaler solutions.
• Drive adoption with insights, anticipate hurdles, and plan risk mitigation.
• Manage escalations and coordinate across Sales, Support, and Product teams.
• Contribute to intellectual capital through best practices and playbooks.
