Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in B2B technical sales in industrial/specialty chemicals or surface finishing.
• Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related discipline.
• Ability to translate chemical/process knowledge into practical customer solutions.
• Proven ability to develop accounts, identify opportunities and close business.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by strengthening key accounts and developing new opportunities in Singapore and across the region.
• Understand manufacturing processes and recommend chemical and surface-finishing solutions.
• Provide hands‑on consultation, troubleshooting and on-site support.
• Drive product trials, qualifications and new product introductions.
• Develop collaborative relationships with customers and international technology partners across Southeast Asia.
• Develop account strategies and drive revenue, profitability and sustainable growth.
