Job summary

ResMed Inc. Global Technology Solutions (GTS) in Singapore seeks a Technical Program Manager (2-year FTC) to lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technology initiatives spanning Supply Chain, Quality, Operations and IT.

You will own scope, schedule, cost, risk, and dependencies, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and report to steering committees with clear options and trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in technical project/program management.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile, Waterfall or hybrid models.
• Experience managing multi-vendor and client-facing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-year, multi-workstream technology programs spanning the ResMed supply chain.
• Own scope, schedule, cost, risks, and dependencies with clear escalation paths.
• Coordinate with site leadership, Engineering, Ops, Quality, and IT; report status to steering committees.
• Embed governance, dashboards, and delivery tooling (Jira/Confluence) for transparency and predictability.
• Identify improvements and coach other program managers across Singapore & Malaysia.
