Job summary

Visa is recruiting for a Senior Technical Program Manager to manage medium-sized programs in the VROL PMO in Singapore. This role will provide project management capability to a new team developing AI R&D and Innovation capabilities in Singapore, with the goal of developing new or significantly improved products/services and processes for our Global Dispute Processing system.

The successful candidate will also provide support to the wider Program Management Office in the delivery of the overall

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Or 5+ years of relevant work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 11+ years with PhD.
• Proficient in GenAI tooling as part of daily Project Management activities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative professional relationships within the VROL team.
• Implement and continuously improve GenAI tooling integration into the PMO pipeline.
• Ability to act quickly and professionally in response to fast-changing situations.
• Governance reporting across delivery teams for the PMO leadership and Portfolio Operations.
• Develop KPIs and drive process improvements across the Program.
