Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Integrated Planning to lead the technology product across demand planning, supply planning and IBP. You will own the technical roadmap across o9, Oracle and data integrations, balancing business value with compliance and technical health.

The role spans governance, platform decisions and vendor collaboration in a global planning ecosystem. You will drive adoption, ensure data integrity and guide solutions from discovery through deployment,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related discipline.
Extensive experience leading enterprise technology products.
Experience with enterprise planning platforms (o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP or Blue Yonder).
Translate business outcomes into technical product roadmaps, backlogs and delivery priorities.
Ability to work across ERP, data, integrations and analytics in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Own the technical product vision, roadmap and priorities across demand planning, supply planning and IBP.
Translate business outcomes into product scope, platform priorities, releases and sequenced delivery backlogs.
Balance business value, planning effectiveness, risk, compliance and technical health when making product decisions.
Own product-level technology decisions across planning, ERP, enterprise data, integrations and master data.
Define where capabilities sit across o9, Oracle, upstream systems and data/integration services.
Ensure data quality, reconciliation, lineage and operational monitoring are designed into the end-to-end product.
Own and prioritize the technical product backlog across new capabilities, integrations, defects, data, technical debt and service improvements.
Lead technology, design and product trade-off decisions within architecture, security, quality and compliance guardrails.
Assess product readiness and go/no-go for releases.
Guide the product from discovery to deployment and transition to support.
Hold vendors and partners accountable for quality, performance and long-term supportability.
Partner with Quality and validation teams to ensure change control and data integrity.
Partner with Business Product Owners to define adoption and value-realization measures.
Use product data and service insights to drive continuous improvement and roadmap priorities.
Enable standardized global planning processes with justification for regulatory variation.
Own long-term product lifecycle, upgrades, debt, environments and support models.
Maintain product accountability through implementation, hypercare and steady-state operations.
Lead strategic technology relationships with providers and MSPs.
