Job summary

Resmed is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Integrated Planning to lead technology across demand planning, supply planning and IBP. You will own the technical roadmap, manage backlogs and work with o9, Oracle, data and integrations to enable compliant, scalable planning solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in enterprise planning platforms, stakeholder management and a track record of delivering end-to-end planning technology in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology products or platforms.
• Proven ability to own an enterprise technology product through implementation, deployment and lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and decision-making skills.
• Experience with o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, SAP IBP or Blue Yonder preferred.
• Understanding of Oracle ERP or planning integrations and data reconciliation.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing/medical device or life sciences environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated planning product strategy, roadmap and priorities across demand planning, supply planning and IBP.
• Translate business outcomes into product scope and releases, balancing value and technical health.
• Define platform ownership across planning, ERP, data and integrations, in collaboration with architecture.
• Govern the technical backlog, ensure quality, security, compliance and change control.
• Lead solution delivery from discovery to deployment and steady-state operations.
• Drive adoption and value realization through measurable planning outcomes.
• Maintain long-term product lifecycle, vendor relations and upgrade paths.
