Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead with over 15 years of expertise in the Wealth Management domain and extensive knowledge of Temenos Transact modules. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills in InfoBasic/Java and the ability to review and guide advanced and complicated code for Temenos software. This role requires collaboration with project managers, development teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to deliver customized technical solutions and ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis and Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, development managers, internal teams, and clients to identify user requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Solution Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams and departments to deliver customized technical solutions, leveraging expertise in software design and programming principles.
• Project Management: Create project timelines for technical delivery, monitor development activities, and ensure deadlines are met effectively by allocating resources efficiently.
• Feasibility Studies and Workshops: Conduct feasibility studies, solutions discussion workshops, and lead a team for projects, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
